Energy Star windows are substantially more energy efficient than products that may look the same and like most products windows come in many grades and qualites. Qualifed windows are commonly 30% to 40% more energy efficient than non qualified windows. What is ENERGY STAR? It is a government based organization that regulates, standardizes and represents energy efficiency. There are actually over 40 types of products that can go into a new or existing home to help the homeowner save money and have increased personal comfort.

Working together we help protect the environment and work towards the mutual goal of manufacturing superior performance energy efficent prodcuts. While it is easy to claim you produce energy efficent products we back that up by having Windowcrafters windows tested and certifed by independent testing through the NFRC (National Fenestration Rating Council). All our ENERGY STAR qualified windows are independently verified by a third-party test labs to ensure they meet or exceed ENERGY STAR specifc testing critera for energy efficiency established for climate zones in the United States.
